Hotel Playa Inn Rocky Point

On a last minute whim we decided to go down to Puerto Peñasco. We decided to stay the night and found this hotel. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, the pool was clean and refreshing, and it was quiet. The nightly rate was pretty good comparatively and it was a short drive to everything we wanted to do. I would definitely stay here again.

Playa Inn has everything that you need during your stay at Puerto Penasco. The location is close by the beach. It even has a pool. The WiFi is very good quality. Maintenance is top notch overall. Rooms are well designed, it had all the amenities that we needed. The staff was amazing!!! Definitely recommend this place!

Came here on vacation and the service was great. Everybody here was really nice. It’s in a good area that’s close to everything and the rooms were nice. It also had a nice pool

Found this little gem while looking for a one night star stay Our son arrived for a visit and we decided for an over night stay on the whim The entire team is super nice Upon check in they were ready and expecting our little familia and extremely professional as well as gave all the info regarding the property during our stay The deposit is to be cash and not on card, heads up Muchas Gracias Amazing Security all over the property doing a very great job felt very safe The pool was very refreshing, large and clean Didn’t entire the hot tub but it looked beautiful There are specific swimming and pool access hrs as well as most resorts and hotels.. The Lounge/Bar on the property with pool table was very cool/cold inside and team working late hours were very attentive For our one eve stay with our adult kids, we just got a double queen bed room. Very nicely sized space, AC most definitely could of been colder and air blew faster as we had on high but we made due Beds were comfy and we had enough towels for all of us which was appreciated Felt like the room and restroom were very clean and up to standards, room service is doing a wonderful job forsure gracias to an important employment opportunity you hold The restroom didn’t have a fan, so it did get that humid feeling when showers were in process however was not a deal breaker. The drain in shower is a beyond slow slow drain outlet, so water fills while showering but that can be normal in some areas of Mexico There’s a store across the street which was extremely convenient Check out was a breeze and prompt Deposit was refunded as well, gracias Over all, would recommend and stay again but perhaps will try our future stay in the winter months next time around Thx you all

Nice hotel, a little older but clean. The pool and bar facilities were well kept as well as the lobby.

I recently stayed here while I was on a business trip in Rocky point. I discovered that the hotel was just recently Re-opened under new ownership. The hotel was fully remodeled, new pool, and great new employees. Very pleasant stay and they made sure I had everything I needed. Loved the area as well as It was near great coffee spots and El Capone pizzeria that was also great. Definitely would stay again. Thanks Playa inn!

Great hotel! I stay at playa inn every time i come to rocky point wether it’s for buisness or vacation. The bar in the hotel is the best place to pregame before heading to the clubs or beach! There’s an Oxxo right across the street that’s very convenient! Hotel has a pool and hot tub! Malecón and beach are right down the street!
